Job Overview:
We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to work on and oversee job sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction expertise, and the ability to effectively direct and coordinate on-site team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily job site operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise and direct laborers.
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Communicate with the project manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work with troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise, keeping projects on track.
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Proven leadership experience in managing job sites and construction teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on-site.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
